Clarification on the Open Mic Call topic

Hi,

Would like to know the further meaning of "Domino Server Health Check" that mentioned here.

Is there any 3rd party tool that will bring in to this topic for carry out the Domino Server health check? Or the health check will be carry out by the Domino self-build app like DCT or DDM.
